Data Deletion Instructions

You may request deletion of personal information processed by Shenzhen Peuture Technology Co., Ltd. through Xtao services.

To request deletion, email info@xtao.net with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include your name, contact information, the channel involved, and enough detail for us to locate the relevant records.

For Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp related requests, include the Facebook Page name, WhatsApp number, conversation date, or other identifiers that help us find the related support record. Please do not send passwords or sensitive payment information.

After receiving a valid request, we will review it, verify authority where necessary, delete or anonymize eligible records, and confirm completion unless we must retain limited information for security, legal, accounting, dispute, or platform compliance reasons.
